That is why these fine guys and dolls made their way from Texas to set up shop in Yakima, Washington. An area awarded for its grape varietals which are used in our outstanding Brandy, Moonshine, and Vodka, and a state whose unique varieties of corn, Rye, Triticale, and Barley furnish the grain base of our whiskeys.
After five years and more than 700 barrels, we find ourselves operating one of the largest distilleries in a state overrun by craft breweries and boutique wineries.
