As CEO, Ken brings over 20 years of business experience, entrepreneurship, and passion for the art of distilling to the business. He spent his childhood in Texas where he grew up playing baseball and was eventually drafted to the Minor Leagues to play for the Philadelphia Phillies in the 80s. He attended McNeese University in Lake Charles, LA, before transferring to Sam Houston State University in Houston, TX where he graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration.
He eventually started his own environmental company with his wife, Isabel in 1998. He is an avid golfer, and has a sweet tooth for anything from cheesecake to key lime pie.
