Sky Captain
8 Year Reserve Brandy
Aged to the Summit
Crafted from rare white grape varietals and patiently aged in oak barrels, this reserve brandy represents the height of what time and intention can create.
Every barrel was hand-selected and blended to achieve a beautifully balanced 88 proof expression that is smooth, layered, and endlessly expressive.
This is not a brandy that rushes to impress. It unfolds slowly, with grace and depth that only long aging can deliver.
YAKIMA
The Yakima Terroir: A Masterpiece of Climate & Soil
Located in Yakima, Washington on the same parallel as Bordeaux, our brandy is a true expression of place.
Less than six inches of rainfall annually, irrigated by Cascade snowmelt for flavor concentration
Ancient volcanic and Missoula flood soils layered over basalt bedrock
European varietals grown on their own rootstock due to pest-resistant soils and cold winters
Dramatic diurnal shifts that intensify varietal aromatics
